How to Install MBWhatsApp with Link Device Method

All new MBWhatsApp needs this method to install the app on your device without any problems. This is the method we found to dodge bans on users from WhatsApp.

Earlier, we used the transferring chats method to install, however, that still works if you are a new user (haven’t used MBWA before) or you haven’t been banned from WhatsApp before.

Steps to Install:

Step 1. Download Psiphon VPN and the install it.

Step 2. Open Psiphon VPN and navigate to its settings.

Step 3. Select Only Tunnel Selected Apps.

Step 4. Now, go to option “Select apps“

Step 5. Here, find the WhatsApp and select it.

Step 6. Go back and Start the VPN by enabling necessary permissions.

Step 7. Download/Update Official WhatsApp from the Google Play store.

Step 8. Now, log in with your number.

Note: Ignore steps 7 & 8 if you have done them already.

Step 9. Download the latest official MBWhatsApp from this page.

Step 10. Now, Install it.

Step 11. Tap on “Agree and Continue“

Step 12. Tap on the 3 dots menu icon at the top right corner.

Step 13. Tap on the “Link as a companion device” option.

Step 14. Here, you will get a QR code. Screenshot it and send it to another mobile device.

Step 15. Quickly open your Official WhatsApp >> Settings >> Scan option >> Scan QR code (which was generated using MBWA)

Points to Keep in mind:

  • Once the QR code is generated, you will only have 15 seconds to perform step 8 and step 9.
  • If you get an error while scanning the QR code, repeat steps 7, 8 and 9 again.
  • Don’t uninstall Official WhatsApp. Keep it. Otherwise, your data will be lost.
  • Turn off notifications from the official WhatsApp.
